You can go and watch the Marfa Lights at night, fly a glider plane over the desert or grab a bite from the Food Shark. No Country for Old Men and There Will Be Blood were both shot in Marfa...as well as the movie Giant with Elizabeth Taylor, Rock Hudson, and James Dean. Hotelier, Liz Lambert has at least two great hotels there...The Thunderbird and El Cosmico, my favorite.
